David was most aggressive within the parameters he was given. the HOA did not allow for signage of open houses and he got the property sold quickly, cash offer, at asking price, despite the obstacles!

Ann Burke helped us buy our house two years ago, and when we decided to sell, we didn't even consider any other agent.
